Loop me into your vision by bringing me on to facilitate group wellness sessions, moderate an upcoming panel, or be a featured panelist. Together, we can create unforgettable thought-provoking moments that will leave audiences feeling inspired.

I have on-camera experience and come to life in the host seat. I have hundreds of hours under my belt interviewing and moderating conversations.

I’m curious about lots of things, but I feel particularly passionate about topics related to:

  • The nuances of architecting intentional community

  • Nurturing a creative life and learning how to embrace our most authentic self (especially when you are called to be a disruptor of the status quo)

  • Embracing life post-divorce and the process of “bouncing back”

  • The spiritual practice of writing a book

  • Implementing self-care and preventing burnout as a wellness entrepreneur

  • Social wellness and how it relates to the millennial and genZ experience

  • Afro-Latinidad and the erasure of the Black experience within mainstream Latinx conversations

  • What it takes to take a leap of faith and pursue your dreams as a part-time and/or full-time entrepreneur
